RESTAURANT CONCESSION

AGREEMENT 71 AIRPORT ROAD, WEST TISBURY, MA

The Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission (Airport) invites sealed proposals from a single individual or firm for a non-exclusive Restaurant Concession Agreement. The available space is approximately 2,576 square feet (SF) for use as a commercial restaurant and associated work and storage spaces for operation as a Restaurant. The Concession Agreement term will be for five (5) years. All kitchen, serving, and seating area equipment must be provided by the proposer. The Request for Proposal documents and supporting information can be obtained in person or via email from the Airport Properties Manager, 71 Airport Road, West Tisbury, MA 02568 and at KBrennan@MVYAirport.com. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the General Aviation Conference Room at 10:00AM to respond to questions presented in advance as outlined in Section II. KEY DATES FOR THIS PROPOSAL and review the submission requirements.
